We have a bit of exciting news in Lakeside Downtown Kincardine. First up: we have a new pilates studio opening up at 900 Queen Street! Verity Movement and Wellness is opening Reformer Room, a reformer pilates studio which uses a versatile and dynamic Pilates machine that facilitates precise movements, muscle engagement, and body alignment. The Reformer consists of a sliding carriage, equipped with adjustable springs, pulleys, straps, and a footbar. Reformer Room is opening March 2025, stay tuned for more details about their grand opening.
